USA TKD National Championships

The pride of Texas traveled all the way to Minneapolis, MN to compete in the 2019 USA TKD National Championships. They won first, second and third. Please congratulate them on a job well done! They are an inspiration to us all.

Master Tweedy Nguyen received an invitation to compete in the 2019 World Cup Taekwondo Poomse Championships in Wuxi, China. In August, she will represent TEAM USA as the recent gold medal winner at 2019's U.S. Nationals.

The World Cup Poomse Championships is a G4 level competition; only the Grand Prix Final, the World Taekwondo Championships, and the Summer Olympic Games rank higher in level.

Next, USA Taekwondo will send its national champions to the World Taekwondo President’s Cup held in October. This USA TKD sanctioned event is in Las Vegas, NV this year. In May of 2020, the World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships will occur in Vejle, Denmark.
